Drew Maddalone has been promoted to President EMEA & APAC effective immediately, as well as assuming the roles of Head of Global Product Development and Education.
Drew is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and consistent ability to drive growth through innovation and partnership. His career reflects a sustained commitment to improving veterinary surgical outcomes and strengthening relationships across the global veterinary community.
Industry History
Before joining Movora, Drew served in several senior leadership roles at Arthrex, including Director of Sales and Business Development for Vet Systems, where he was instrumental in expanding the organization’s veterinary portfolio and establishing a strong commercial presence across North America.
Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior roles with MWI Animal Health, Webster Veterinary Supply, Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, and Merial, where he developed extensive expertise in sales management, channel development, and market strategy.

Drew, is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the global animal health industry, spanning sales, distribution, and surgical innovation. He will lead global teams focused on organic growth and strategic portfolio optimization. As the Vice President of Total Joint Solutions at Movora, he led the company’s strategic initiatives in veterinary orthopedics, advancing joint replacement and fixation solutions that elevate standards of care for veterinary surgeons worldwide.

Kathleen Chase has been Promoted to Director Product Management under the leadership of Drew Maddalone.
Since 2022, she has led Movora’s marketing communications team to deliver creative design work for selling and product support, along with the digital, media, branded experience, and content work of this award-winning in-house resource by aligning innovation, education, and customer needs to strengthen market impact through every deliverable.
With a proven record of transforming insights into action, Kathleen blends analytical rigor with creative strategy—bringing a strong foundation in marketing, brand equity, and cross-functional collaboration to her next chapter in product management leadership.
About Kathleen Chase
On her journey to Movora, Kathleen has learned from several key experiences. In her work bringing the Milk Bone brand to the U.S. convenience store channel, she was fortunate to go deep on the insights of the pet category and the shopper behavior of human caregivers. She led downstream marketing for multiple portfolios on the brand management team in the Johnson & Johnson Vision MedTech business, where she learned the medical device regulatory environment and managed through the abundant SKU assortments of contact lenses. Her work in branding and innovation for B2B includes consulting and corporate settings.
